What are your office hours?

We are available in the office Monday through Friday from 10AM - 2PM and from 2PM to 5PM by appointment. Please feel free to stop by anytime between those hours.

Do you provide free estimates for computer repairs?

Yes! We offer free estimates on all computer repairs, upgrades, and website designs. Call us and we will be more than happy to assist you!

How does your "Remote Support" work?

Our remote support application allows us to temporarily login to your computer and work on your computer, just as if we were there in your home or business. As long as you have a working internet connection, and your computer isn't too badly infected, our remote support software should work well and allow us to remotely fix your issues.

How long will you have my computer if I bring it in for repair or service?

Depending on what is wrong with your computer, we typically have the repair or service completed the same day or the next business day.

I have a computer that is infected. It is barely usable. How much will you charge to fix my computer?

We repair many computers that are infected with viruses/malware and 99% of the time we are able to remove the infected items and get your computer back to normal conditions without formatting your drive. You can expect your service bill to be between $60 and $90 depending on how badly infected your computer was.

My company needs a website. How much do you charge to design a website?

There are just too many variables with websites to give a set price. Please contact us and we can set up a time to meet with you to discuss your website needs.
