Chris, just note to say that your have taken care of my home computer for about 8-years, and you have always given me a fast response when I needed help. You have also never had a problem diagnosing my problems.You built me a Cadillac of a computer about 7 years ago that is still as good and fast as anything on the market for scanning slides, handling pictures and videos. I have only had to increase my RAM from 1 Gig to 2 Gig.
